Our Kimchi Broth with quinoa and vermicelli glass noodles is bursting with flavour to be eaten on its own as a clean reviving broth or used as a base for sliced button mushrooms, baby spinach, finely chopped kale or grilled chicken, pork or prawns. Top with a handful of coriander.
Our soups are made by hand, from scratch, using real ingredients sourced from trusted restaurant suppliers, small artisan producers and from our own Oxfordshire gardens.
